Virginia Mae Blomstrom

Virginia Mae Blomstrom, 91, of Youngstown, passed away, Thursday, July 19, 2013, at Guardian Health Care. She was born November 9, 1921 in Youngstown, the daughter of Frank and Jennie (Linn) Fear. Virginia was a 1939 graduate of Chaney High School and a retired bookkeeper from Walrus Management. She was a member of Boardman United Methodist Church. She will be dearly missed by two sons; James L. (Dorothy), of Liberty and Richard A. (Sheryl), of Boardman, four grandchildren; Jennie, Shawn, Andrew and Kirsten Blomstrom, a great granddaughter Korynne Lamparty and two sisters; Margaret Carl, of Greensboro, NC and Annabelle Lerch, of Youngstown. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Donald, whom she married Dec. 19, 1946 and two brothers; Robert and Clyde Fear. Friends will be received from 6:00pm-8:00pm, Thursday, July 25, 2013, and again Friday, July 26, 2013 from 10:00am until the time of the service, at the Lane Family Funeral Homes, Austintown Chapel. Funeral services will be held 11:00am Friday, July 26, 2013 at the Austintown Chapel.
