Wanda J Frost

Wanda Jean “Wendy” Frost, 59, of Surprise, AZ formerly of Trumbull County passed away Monday May 24, 2010 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident while visiting Warren for her sister’s golden wedding anniversary. She was born March 15, 1951 the daughter of the late David and Dolores (Stanberry) Westenfelder. Wendy attended Westwood High School in Mesa, AZ and for over 20 years has been employed by the Department of Defense at Luke Air Force Base as administrative assistant to the base commander. An outdoor person, she enjoyed hiking and gardening. She loved to read, and make jewelry with her daughter, but her children were her life. She will be sadly missed by her children Kris (Julie) Frost of Springfield, MO, Krystal Frost and companion Brett Lahring of Mesa, AZ, 3 grandchildren Allison, Sebastian, Dalton, a sister Karen (Archie) MacCrae of Phoenix, AZ, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister Pamela Michleg. Her sister Shirley Gilmore and brother David Westenfelder were also killed in the accident. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Friday May 28, 2010 at Roberts-Clark Chapel where friends will be received from 6-8 Thursday. The Rev. Carl Kish will officiate. The Rev. Charles Crumbley will conduct a prayer service 8:00 PM Thursday. Cremation will take place and her ashes will be interred in Arizona.
