Wayne A. Sheely, Sr.

WARREN: Wayne Sheely, age 47 passed away Thursday, February 6, 2014 at Trumbull Memorial Hospital. Wayne was born May 11, 1966 in Youngstown Ohio to parents Howard Jr. and Tawanda (Harvey) Sheely. Wayne attended the First Church of God in Newton Falls Ohio. After high school Wayne began a mechanical career. He was able to repair, rebuild, and restore anything. At age 15 he got his first vehicle, a pickup truck. It did not bother him that it had a bad frame. He replaced the frame and restored the vehicle from the ground up. He was currently in the process of restoring a 1942 John Deere tractor. Wayne was working at Lawless Industries. He was the foreman responsible for such products as constructing floats for Disney, products for Orange County Choppers, and for several race cars. Wayne also was an avid deer hunter and fisherman. He could hold a conversation on any subject with anyone. He loved to talk. He especially loved gardening and would can what he grew. Wayne leaves to cherish many loving memories his children, daughter Tabitha Sheely and her boyfriend Dan Coleman of Niles, and son Wayne (Misty) Sheely of Mineral Ridge. Sister Wendy Sue Sheely of Warren, brothers Howard (Robin) Sheely III of Lordstown, David (Anne) Sheely of Mineral Ridge, and James (Maria) Sheely of Niles. He also leaves grandchildren Kali Matlus, Brayen Wilson and Ayvah Sheely along with several nieces and nephews. Wayne was preceded in death by his father Howard Sheely Jr. Visitation will be held Wednesday February 12, 2014, 5pm to 8pm at the Lane Family Funeral Home's Mineral Ridge Chapel 1350 North Niles Canfield Rd. Mineral Ridge Ohio with a celebration on his life to follow at the chapel.
