Wendell E. Totten

Youngstown-Wendell E. Totten died Friday morning at Camelot Arms. Wendell was born August 7, 1922 in West Virginia the son of Roy and Nettie (Midkiff) Totten. Wendell was employed as a Foreman for General Motors in Lordstown retiring in 1980. He served his country during WWII in the US Navy, serving on the Maryland in Pearl Harbor. Wendell was a 32 degree Mason, member of the Scottish Rite, Aut Mori Grotto, VFW, and the Pearl Harbor Survivors Association. He is survived by his children in Hawaii; Earl and Lenora Totten, step children; Lora Colla of Austintown, Brenda Morris in Rhode Island, James Roush and Sharon Cobb both in West Virginia. He is also survived by a sister, Linda Troutman, brother Kyle Totten both in West Virginia and four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Lenora (Gay) Totten and a brother Roy E. Totten Jr. Following Wendell's wishes no services are scheduled. Lane Funeral Home Austintown Chapel assisted the family with arrangements.
