CANFIELD-There will be no services held for William B. Taylor, 44, who died Sunday afternoon at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Boardman. He was born in Youngstown on Dec. 31, 1969, the son of Virgil and Betty (Newcomer) Taylor. . William is survived by his parents Virgil and Betty Taylor of Canfield, his four brothers Jeffrey J.
