William E. Arnold

William E. “Wimp” Arnold of 10 Wyn Drive, Brookfield, Ohio, died on Tuesday (6-12-2007) in the Trumbull Memorial Hospital, Warren, Ohio. He was 76.

Mr. Arnold was born in Buckhannon, West Virginia on July 29, 1930, a son of William H. and Winnie M. (Queen) Arnold.

Bill went on to serve our country in the U.S. Marine Corps as a Lance Corporal. His decorations and citations include: the National Defense Service Medal.

Wimp worked as a self-employed truck driver and he was an avid NASCAR fan. He would often lend a helping hand to his neighbors.

Bill enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandkids. He loved traveling with his wife, Virginia Jean (Reynolds) Arnold, whom he married February 18, 1952.

Survivors include: his wife; his children, William G. Arnold & his wife Kathy, Brookfield, and Terry L. Nezdoba & her husband Carl, Sharon, PA; his brother, Neal Arnold, Mesa, AZ; his sisters, Marguerite Bosley, Buckhannon, WV, and Vera Shore, Long Beach, CA; and his grandchildren, Melissa Peters, William J. Arnold, and Jesse Nezdoba.

He was preceded in death by his parents; by his grandson, Bryan Jordan; by his brothers, Glenn & Junior Arnold; and by his sister, Betty VanVeghel.
