William G. Brown

William G. Brown Jr., age 54, of Bristolville, died on Thursday, July 7, 2011 at his residence from an extended illness. He was born on May 2, 1957 in Warren, a son of the late William G. Brown Sr. and Shirley White Brown. Bill was a veteran of the United States Air Force and had worked at the U.S. Post Office in Youngstown. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting and camping. He is survived by his mother, Shirley Brown of Bristolville and two sisters, Cheryl Brown of Ashtabula and Barbara (Tim) Cibella of Bristolville. Also surviving are five nephews, Nolan, Blaine, Ian, Marc and Jon. Per his request, no services will be held. Instead, donations can be made in his memory to the American Diabetes Association, 1815 W. Market St. Suite 108, Akron, OH 44313 Arrangements have been entrusted to the Shafer-Winans Funeral Chapel in Cortland.
