William G. Dundee, 69 There will be a Celebration of Life at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at Heritage Presbyterian Church, 1951 Mathews Rd. at Sheridan Rd., Poland for William G. Dundee, 69 of Youngstown who died Friday afternoon at Heritage Manor. William was born December 19, 1947 in Youngstown, a son of the late Nick and Stella Dundee and was a lifelong area resident. He graduated from Wilson High School in 1965 and served in the Army during the Vietnam War. William worked for the City of Youngstown in different positions for 34 years, retiring in 1997 as Street Superintendent and Building Commissioner. After his retirement from the city, William owned and operated Four D Trucking Company. He was a member of the Heritage Presbyterian Church, where he served as a deacon and an elder. William also taught Sunday School and was a member of the church's bell choir. He enjoyed listening to music and loved spending time with his family. He liked to cook and especially enjoyed cooking and get togethers with his family every Sunday. William will be remembered by his family and friends for his unique sense of humor and his willingness to lend a helping hand to anyone who needed it. He leaves his wife, the former Cynthia Zigarevich; two daughters, Michelle Michael and Julianne Dundee and a brother, Jim Dundee all of Youngstown. Friends may call on Tuesday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Lane Family Funeral Homes, Anstrom Chapel, 8387 Tod Ave., Boardman and from 10:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. Wednesday prior to the services at the church. The family would like to thank Heritage Manor and Harbour Light Hospice for their exceptional care given to William.
