William Lott Turney Sr.

A celebration of life will take place on Thursday at 6 PM at the Lane Funeral Home Austintown Chapel, for William Lott Turney Sr., 72, of Warren formerly of Austintown who passed away Friday evening in Trumbull Memorial Hospital. Bill was born May 25, 1936 in Lake Milton Ohio, the son Woodrow and Thelma (Onstott) Turney. He retired in 1999 from Copperweld Steel as a pipefitter after 27 years of service. He was a member of the NAUS Club, and a member of the United Steelworkers Union. Bill leaves four children. Debra Spincic of New Middletown, Joseph Turney of Mercer, William L. Turney Jr. and Ellen Turney both of Warren, one sister Betty Wilson of Canfield, 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Besides his parents, Bill is preceded in death by a son Charles Turney. The family will receive friends from 5 to 6 PM Thursday at the Lane Funeral Home Austintown Chapel
