Adrienne Czuba

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00am Wednesday, Janaury 12th at St. Michael's Parish, Canfield for Adrienne Czuba, 77 of Canfield who died peacefully Saturday afternoon surrounded by her family. Adrienne was born June 13, 1934 in Hamtramck, Michigan a daughter of the late Joseph and Helen (Gawlinski) Zabuski and came to this area in 1964. She graduated high school from St. Ladislaus in Hamtramck. She had been a stenographer for General Motors Corporation, Chevrolet Division in Detroit, Michigan where she met her husband Ronald. They were married November 3, 1956 and recently celebrated 55 wonderful years together. Together they had five children; one son, Tim (Rachel) Czuba of Sagamore Hills, Ohio; 4 daughters, Laura (David) Oliva of Gahanna, Barb (Marty) Gardner of Aurora, Michelle Czuba-Johnson of Grand Rapids, Michigan and Judy (Jack) Palermo of Canfield. She was a loving grandma to her 14 grandchildren, Stephanie, Sara, Madelyn and Brigid Czuba, Mike, Chris and Alex Stafford, Dan, Tim and Matthew Gardner, Nate and Grace Johnson , Jonathan and Nicholas Palermo She also leaves her sister, Diane Tomczyk and brother, Ron Zabuski. Adrienne was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church and belonged to its Altar and Rosary Society. She was one of the early members of the Canfield Junior Women's League and a member of the Canfield Garden Club. Ron and she belonged to the Meander Chapter of the Antique Automobile Club of America. They loved to tour with their friends in the Model A and to ride in the Canfield 4th of July parade. She enjoyed flower arranging, cooking for her family, and loved to entertain friends hosting many parties and holidays. She was a loving wife, mother and grandma and will forever be in our hearts. Friends may call on Tuesday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Lane Funeral Home, Canfield Chapel. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Navy League/Warrior Foundation 2115 Park Blvd San Diego, CA 92101 Memo "Warrior Foundation."
