Angeline Morrell - 92 Canfield A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10 AM Saturday at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Basilica for Angeline Morrell, 92 of Canfield who passed away Monday, November 23, at Assumption Village. Angeline was born October 9, 1923 in Campbell the daughter of Stephan and Grace (Carano) Paris. She retired form the production department at Easco Aluminum after 30 years. She was a homemaker, loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother. Angeline was a former member of Immaculate Conception Church and enjoyed bingo, playing cards, and traveling with her sisters. Her husband Michael Morrell Jr., whom she married October 11, 1941, passed away on October 1, 1973. Angeline leaves one daughter Carole Vallas of Canfield, seven grandchildren, Michael (Mary) Vallas, Connie (Michael) Bane, Paul (Tracey) Vallas Jr., Arthur (Colleen) Vallas, Renee (Keith) Micco, William (Julie) Morrell Jr. and Michael (Gina) Morrell. She also leaves three brothers, Bill (Ceil) Paris of Atlanta, GA., Steve (Pat) Paris of West Middlesex, and Raymond (Carol) Paris, as well as 20 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. Besides her parents and husband, Angeline is preceded in death by two sons, Anthony and William Morrell, three brothers, Patsy, Mike and Dan Paris and seven sisters, Fannie Pasquale, Sylvia Zarlengo, Mary Gabrish, Beatrice Dash, Evelyn Angelo, Ann Marriotti, and Dora Muntean. Friends may call from 5 to 8 PM Friday at the Lane Family Funeral Home, Canfield Chapel and again from 9 to 10 AM at the church.
