Barbara A. "Barb" Rinda

Barbara A. “Barb” Rinda, 91, of McDonald, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 5^th, at her residence.

Barb was  born September 30, 1932 in Youngstown, Ohio and was the daughter of Henry and Gertrude (Hacker) Miner. She was a 1951 graduate of Mineral Ridge High School.

Prior to retirement in 1989, she worked at General Electric. She was a member of Lord of Life in Canfield for over 25 years. She had a love of music and enjoyed singing and playing the piano. She was a member of YMCA and the Jewish Community Center where she enjoyed Aquatic Aerobics. She enjoyed her lunches with friends and spending time with her grandchildren.

Barb is preceded in death by her parents, her longtime companion of 30 years Al Kistler, and her siblings Caroline Kalapos, Russell Miner, and Jean Kostur.

She leaves to cherish her memory her sons Mark Rinda and Bruce Rinda Sr.; her grandchildren Tiffany (Michael) McFall, Bruce Rinda Jr., Mathew Rinda, and Ashlee Rinda; her great grandsons Maxwell and one to arrive in May; and many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive relatives and friends on Monday, April 15^th from 10:00-11:00 AM at the Lord of Life Lutheran Church, 550 N. Broad Street, Canfield, Ohio 44406.
