Chloe L. McGinnis

Niles – Chloe L. McGinnis, 24, passed away Monday afternoon, August 12, 2024 at St. Joseph Medical Center in Warren. 

Chloe was born on August 15, 1999 in Youngstown, OH, a daughter of Shannon McGinnis. 

She was a 2017 graduate of Brookfield High School and continued her education receiving her bachelor’s degree in nursing. She worked as a Registered Nurse at Trumbull Regional Medical Center. She was a loving mother, daughter and friend to many. She was always willing to help anyone in need. Most of all she loved being with her daughters and family. 

Chloe will be deeply missed by her mother Shannon; fiancé, David Basista; her daughters, Phoebe and Penelope Basista; siblings, Caitlyn McGinnis, Gage and Shayla Ashburn; and maternal grandparents, Linda and Ed McGinnis. 

She was preceded in death by her uncle Kevin McGinnis. 

Family and friends may visit from 5-7:00PM on Monday August 19, 2024 at Lane Family Funeral Homes Roberts – Clark Chapel, located at 180 Garfield Dr. NE in Warren. A memorial service will follow at 7PM.
