Francisca Yvonne (Caracciolo) Strader, of Warren, passed away May 26, 2013 in Knoxville, TN. Francisca was born December 6, 1930 in Cuyahoga Falls, OH to Francisco and Daisy (Easterday) Caracciolo who both preceded her in death. She was an active member of St. Pius X Catholic Church in Warren and served as a Eucharistic and homebound Minister. She loved the outdoors, especially gardening; she was an avid baker and loved entertaining family and friends. She was a family oriented person who loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren, especially during the holidays. One of her favorite memories growing up in Stow, was of her senior year during the Soap Box Derby Race, she was performing as Head Majorette, when Jimmy Stewart signed her boots, which she cherished. Francisca is survived by her three sons, Charles J. (Caroline) Strader, Jr. of Knoxville, TN, Kenneth (Gregg Cancelli) Strader of Cortland and Keith A. (Cliff Pugh) Strader of Washington, PA; three grandchildren, six great grandchildren; five brothers and six sisters. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles J. Strader, Sr., who she was devoted to and the two were inseparable until his death in 2003, also by two sons, Mark and Paul Strader. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11:00 AM Saturday at the St. Roberts Catholic Church 4659 Niles-Cortland Rd. Cortland, OH 44410. The family will receive friends at the church from 9-11 AM prior to the service. Interment will follow at the St. Joseph's Cemetery. Memorials may be made in her name to the Alzheimer TN, Inc, C/O Mountain Commerce Bank 320 N. Cedar Bluff, Suite 101, Knoxville, TN 37923.
