James Farley Barton, age 92 of Austintown passed away Thursday, March 7, 2013 at Omni Manor Care Center, Youngstown. Born July 8th, 1920 in Boston, Pennsylvania, he was the son of John and Alice (Farley) Barton. James served our country in the United States Navy during WWII. He married Lucretia J. Day on November 24, 1940 and together they had three children. Mr. Barton was a truck driver for most of his life retiring in 2005 from AIM Leasing. He was a former member of the VFW. Survivors include his son; James William Barton of Monroe, VA., daughters; Barbara Ann Yonnotti of Youngston, Betty Alice (Robert) Huzjak of Larkspur, Colorado. Grandchildren; Kevin Lance (Marion) Barton, Brian Keith (Karena) Barton, Barbara Dale Yonnotti (Gregory) Ricker, Amy Huzjak, Lindsey Kathryn Huzjak (Nathaniel) Thompson, Denise Kathleen Barton (Jesse) Toepfer, and eight great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife and sister, Mary Virginia Jenkins. A private memorial will be held at a later date.
