Janice Sipe, 69, of Youngstown, Ohio passed away on the morning of Sunday, February 25th, 2024 at her residence. Janice was born on December 24th, 1954 to Charles Hunter and Mary (Dibunio) Hunter of Altoona, Pennsylvania. She was a 1972 graduate of Altoona Area High School and went on to marry her husband, Palmer Rozier in 1979, whom she shared 21 years with until his passing on March 18th, 2000. 

Janice worked in retail for Giant Eagle for many years before retiring in 2022. She enjoyed many interests such as bingo, watching games shows, had a love for her faith, angels, crosses, but her number one greatest joy was spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren; Janice was also a member of the Simon Road Church of God where she spent her Sundays in prayer and song. 

Janice leaves behind to cherish her memory, her 2 children; Jennifer (Kymani) McMahon and Brendan (Jalaina) Rozier, 5 grandchildren; Milyah, KJ, Lauren, Lawrence, and Brendan Jr. 3 great-grandchildren; Daniel Jr., DeVon Jr., and Zy-Liah. As well as 3 siblings; Linda (Larry) Hartman, Mark Hunter, and Gary (Dottie) Hunter Altoona, PA. 

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband and a granddaughter, Alexis. 

Friends and family may attend a memorial service at 12:00 PM on Tuesday, March 5th at Simon Road Church of God, 4750 Simon Road, Youngstown, Ohio 44512.
