June L. Hutchison

Warren – June L. Hutchison, 86, formerly of Kittanning, PA passed away Friday morning, April 12, 2024 at her home, surrounded by her family. 

June was born on June 4, 1937 in Kittanning, PA, a daughter of the late Lewis P. and Dora Grafton. 

She was a 1955 graduate of Kittanning High School. After high school she worked as a secretary at Pittsburgh Plate Glass where she met the love of her life Charles “Pat” Hutchison. They were married on November 9,1956 and started their family together where she was a proud homemaker. 

She was a member of St. Pauls Lutheran Church in Warren, Ruth Circle, and Church Women United. She volunteered at Warren City Schools for several years and at the Emanuel Lutheran Clothes Cupboard. 

June will be deeply missed by her loving children, Lewis G. (Cynthia) Hutchison of Cortland and Kelly Ann (Andrew Kelly) Hutchison of Warren; grandchildren, Caitlin (William) Damaska of Hubbard, Megan (Nathan) Riley of Minerva, KY, Daniel (Sarah) Edwards and Paul Edwards; great-grandchildren, Emily Damaska, William “Liam” Damaska VI, Troy Edwards and Zachary Edwards; numerous nieces and nephews, who were loved dearly. 

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband Charles F. Hutchison on July 12, 2003; four brothers; one sister; and her step-mother, Avanelle Grafton. 

Friends and family may visit from 10-11:30AM on Saturday April 20, 2024 at St. Paul Lutheran Church located at 2860 East Market St. in Warren. Funeral services will follow at 11:30AM.

A private interment will take place at Lawn Haven Cemetery in Kittanning at a later date. 

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be sent to St. Pauls Lutheran Church Memorial Fund in June’s memory.
