North Jackson- Funeral services will be held 1 PM Wednesday at the Lane Funeral Home-Austintown Chapel for Kevin John Bissenden, age 41 of North Jackson who died Saturday afternoon at Grant Medical Center in Columbus, OH. Kevin was born July 25, 1963 in Youngstown and was the son of Roy “Les” and Dorothy (Grope) Bissenden. He had been employed at Best Buy where he had been a supervisor in Merchandising and Loss Prevention. He was a member of the Mahoning Masonic Lodge in North Jackson where he had been Chaplain. He was Master of Ceremonies for the Aut Mori Grotto, treasurer for the Mahoning-Shenango Kennel Club, member of the Keeshond Club of America, Buckeye Kees Club, Youngstown All Breed Training Club and RV Chairman for the Steel Valley Cluster. Kevin also loved golfing and fishing. Kevin is survived by his wife, the former Susan Fancher whom he married Aug. 29, 1987. He also leaves his in-laws Thomas and Diana Fancher of Columbus and two sister-in-laws Karen and her husband Jeff Lanning and their two children Josiah and Micah and Brenda and her husband David Weilbacher both of Columbus He also leaves his Aunts and Uncles and many cousins here in the Valley. Friends and family may call at the funeral home from 2-4 and 7-9 PM Tuesday. The family requests that material contributions be made to Canine P.H.P.T. Research in c/o of Dr. Richard Goldstein, Dept. of Clinical Sciences, College of Vetinary Medicine, Cornell University, Ithica, NY 14853 (Checks are to be made out to Cornell University, memo on check should be Goldstein Keeshond Study)
