North Jackson- A Celebration of Life will be held for Marguerite Van Dyne, 11 am Wednesday at the First Federated Church where she was a charter member. Mrs. Van Dyne was born December 17, 1911 in Ashtabula, the daughter of James and Ada Lyons. Marguerite retired from the Don Booth Company in North Jackson where she had been a bookkeeper, she had also worked for Poland Countryside Furniture, North Jackson Pharmacy and Zimmerman’s Pharmacy in Austintown. While a charter member of the church she also held various offices through the church. She was also a member of the Pythians Sisters Lodge in North Jackson, Charter Member of Jackson Federal Credit Union, and loved to go to card club and quilt. She is survived by daughters; Leanne and Tony Isabella of North Jackson, Judy and Charles Kudra of Thousand Oaks, CA., grandchildren; Tracey Shacklock (John Raghanti), Wendy (Gary) Hemphill, Loralee (Brad) Hemphill, Peter York, great grandchildren; Casey Shacklock, Abby, Emily and Ella Hemphill. Marguerite was preceded in death by her husband Carroll (Soup) Van Dyne, foster daughter Florence Reed, grand daughter Rebecca York and two great grand daughters Lydia and Grace Hemphill. Family and friends may call from 5-8 pm Tuesday at the Lane Funeral Home Austintown Chapel and from 10-11 am Wednesday at the church. The family requests that memorial contributions take the form of donations to the First Federated Church.
