Maureen J. Mitchell

Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, January 5, atSt. Joseph Church, for Maureen J. Mitchell of 41 W. Lucius Ave. Youngstown, who passed away on Wednesday at Ashley Place Nursing Home. Miss Mitchell was born January 23, 1933 in Youngstown, the daughter of Attorney Samuel E. and Dove W. (Reno) Mitchell. She was an L.P.N. for Youngstown Hospital Association for 43 years, retiring in 1996. She graduated from South High School in 1951 and was a member of St. Dominic Church. Maureen was very devoted to her nieces and nephews and her cats Hiedi, Maggie and Molly. She is survived by her sister Beverly Mitchell, nieces Betsy Achladis, Shelley Kiriazis, grandnephew Matthew Homick, Jamie Kiriazis, grandnieces Natalie Kiriazis and Rachel Kirazis. She is preceded in death by her parents and brother Randall N.Mitchell. Friends may call from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Friday at Lane Funeral Home Austintown Chapel.
