Mildred E. Shank Poling 60 NORTH JACKSON- Services will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday at Lane Funeral Home in Austintown for Mildred E. Shank Poling of Rosemont Road, North Jackson who died Saturday evening at her residence. Mildred was born on March 5, 1942 in Youngstown the daughter of John R. and Mildred (Eshler) Shank. She worked as a service clerk for Sajar Plastics in Middlefield, Ohio for 24 years. She was a graduate of Jackson-Milton High School and loved gardening and animals. She is survived by her sister, Carol Smith of Newton Falls, her brother, John R. Shank of North Jackson, a niece, Anne Shank, five nephews, Buzz Smith, Tim Smith, Jim Shank, Jack Shank and Rob Shank, 2 great-nieces and 3 great-nephews. She also leaves behind her faithful companion, Charlie Dog. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Dale Shank. Friends may call Tuesday from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at Lane Funeral Home Austintown Chapel. The family requests that material tributes be given to Angels for Animals.
