Richard Alan Barnett

Richard Alan Barnett, 52, of Warren, passed away on February 15, 2017 at Trumbull Memorial Hospital after losing a courageous battle with cancer. Rick was born on January 31, 1965 in Warren, the son of Jimmy L. and Pat (Gmus) Barnett. Rick was a 1983 graduate of Warren G. Harding High School. He worked in the warehouse at Kmart Distribution Center for over 25 years. In his free time, he enjoyed bowling on a variety of different leagues, playing paintball, archery, motorcycling and shooting pool. He will be sadly missed by his mother, Pat Barnett, with whom he made his home with, and a brother Kenneth Barnett of Champion, and cousins Mark (Cindy) Warner of Southington. Rick was preceded in death by his father, the late Jimmy Barnett. A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 25, 2017 at 2 pm at Lane Family Funeral Home, Roberts-Clark Chapel, 180 Garfield Dr. NE, Warren, OH with Father Bernie Schmalzried officiating the services. Family and friends may gather one hour prior at the funeral home.
