Rochelle (Lane) Hancock of Boardman, passed away on February 3rd, 2024 at her residence. She was born on April 21st, 1936 in Tennessee to the late Floyd Lane and Esther (Coffey) Phillips. She graduated from Danville High School in Kentucky, where she met her husband, the late Robert Hancock, and went on to marry him on June 9th, 1954.
