Sara M. Ford

There will be funeral services 11 AM Friday at the Lane Funeral Home – Mineral Ridge Chapel for Sara M. Ford of Niles who passed away Wednesday morning at St. Joseph Hospital. Sara was born September 24, 1928 in DuBois, PA a daughter of the late Frank and Hazel (Boyer) Griffiths. Her husband Cecil L. Ford Sr. whom she married June 28, 1947, passed away November 24, 1985. Sara is survived by three children: Hazel E. Foreback and Cecil L. Ford Jr. both of Warren and Rodger L. Ford of Niles; one brother: Ralph Griffiths of Girard; five grandchildren and two great-granddaughters. Beside her parents and husband, four sisters, five brothers, and one great- grandson precede Sara in death. Friends may call from 10- 11 AM prior to the services at the funeral home.
