Sylvestra F Mcdonald

Sylvestra F. McDonald, 91, passed away Thursday, February 11, 2016. She was born on January 1, 1925 in Youngstown, daughter to the late Frank and Sabina Porembski. After graduating high school, Sylvestra worked for her father at his pharmacy. She later worked as a groomer and was able to help take care of the animals she found so much joy in. Sylvestra also enjoyed golf and spending time with her daughter, Terri Pierce, whom she made her home with the past few years. Sylvestra is preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, David McDonald, whom she married on February 11, 1945. Private services have been held.
