Vincent W. Stille Sr.

Austintown- Funeral services will be held at 10 am Thursday at the Lane Family Funeral Home Austintown Chapel for Vincent Stille Sr. who died Monday morning at the Humility House. Vincent was born October 25, 1916 in New York the son of Ferdinard E. and Mary Stille. Vincent graduated from Chaney High School and was a member of St. Brendan's Church. He retired in 1982 from Youngstown Welding & Engineering where he had worked for over 20 years. He proudly served his country during WWII with the Army Air Force. Vince enjoyed radio controlled helicopters and model trains. He will be sadly missed by his son, Vincent (Vickie) Stille Jr. of Austintown, grandson Vincent (Heather) Stille III of Austintown and great grandchildren; Destiny, Alyssa, Vincent IV and Brianna. Vincent is also survived by two sisters, Gladys Johnson and Dorothy Kasso both of Youngstown. Vincent was preceded in death by his wife Agnes M. (Bella) Stille who died May 8, 2010, daughter Katherine Stille and brother Russell Stille. The Stille family requests that memorial contributions take the form of donations to the family to help with final expenses. Family and friends may call from 5-7 pm Wednesday at the funeral home
